- The price includes : energy, water, refuse disposal, final cleaning, bed clothes, towels, common soap, lavatory paperr, TV+SAT and radio in room, WiFi data communications network, bike and ski depository, hotel parking place, Playground, back-garden, grill and fire place.
- Up to 2 years old child with no bed and meals FREE
- Baby bed with cushion and feather-bed 120,-Kč per day
- Additional bed 250,- CZK per day
- Breakfast 80,- CZK /a child 2-10 years old 40,- CZK/
- Half-board 190,- CZK / a child 2-10 years old 120- CZK/
- Full-board 300,- CZK /a child 2-10 years old 200,- CZK/
- Dog fee 80,- CZK
- Recreational fee 10,-CZK/person from 18 year/day ,only period of 01.06. - 30.09.
- One person in a room /weekends and holidays/ extra charge 50% from price.
In the months of July and August, we only offer weekly stays / from Saturday to Saturday /.
The advent of accommodation is from 12:00 to 18:00 pm, end of stay to 10:00 pm
Breakfast served from 9:00 am / can be arranged before /, dinner from 18:00 to 19:00 pm
Payment conditions :
For stays in the summer season choose an advance payment of half of the amount for the stay to our account. Date of payment of advances within 14 days of ordering, or according to the agreement. Following the adoption of a customer send an advance booking confirmation. The supplementary payment is due on the commencement day /cach payment - CZK, EUR/. Paytment cards are not accepted !
Cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation of 31 and stay more days before the arrival of the advance back in full amount.
- Cancellation of stay 16-30 days before arrival will be refunded 50% of the advances paid.
- Cancellation of the stay 15 and less days before the arrival of the advance is non-refundable.
Cancellation conditions apply as well in reducing stay. Client may leave the accommodation in agreement with us, his alternate. In the event that the stay will have to be canceled, and customer accommodation room occupy the other guests, the advance is repaid in the total amount back.
